FIBRE BOOST PROTEIN BAR
FIBRE BOOST COLD PRESSED PROTEIN BAR
The Fibre Boost Cold Pressed Protein Bar is cold pressed from raw ingredients rather than baked or extruded at heat. This allows for a short ingredient list — as few as five to six core ingredients depending on the flavour — with no additives, no stabilisers and no artificial sweeteners, using Steviol Glycosides (stevia) as the sweetener.
The primary ingredient is soluble prebiotic fibre from corn, contributing roughly 25–27g of dietary fibre per 60g bar. The protein system combines Whey Protein Isolate with Milk Protein Isolate, delivering 20–22g of protein per bar. Protein content varies slightly by flavour due to different inclusions (e.g. almonds in most flavours, banana and walnuts in Banana Bread, dates in Sticky Date Pudding). Most flavours come in under 5g net carbs, under 1g sugar and under 150 calories.
Per bar (60g, typical across most flavours):
- 137–159 calories
- 20–22g protein (WPI + Milk Protein Isolate)
